Policies & Important Information

Completed lessons are non-refundable. For purchased packages, unused lessons will be refunded; used lessons are charged at the regular rate and the remaining balance is refunded. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to EastVan Driving Academy.

Cancellation Policy

Lessons must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Cancellations can be made by email, phone or text.

Pickup & Vehicle Policy

Free pickup and drop-off are available within 5 km of the school, with additional fees possibly applying outside that area. A maximum of one additional person may be present in the vehicle for observation.

Road-test car rental includes the car for the test and a 60-minute warm-up lesson. Non-students requesting rental must complete a minimum 30-minute driving skills assessment.
